Heidi Ziegler-Voll, based in Boston, MA, brings to Heidi Five Design a distinguished background in publishing and identity design with over 10 years of experience. With a bachelors in Art History, from the University of Georgia and post-graduate studies in Communication Design, from the University of Arizona, Heidi began her career as a designer for the Tucson Weekly followed by an associate art director position at Tucson Lifestyle Magazine. Collaborating with several national photographers at the magazine, Heidi won several ADDY awards for editorial layouts and magazine covers. In 2005, Heidi joined her husband's design firm ZV Creative, as co-owner, where they focused their creative efforts on providing superior creative to start ups and long established businesses. Looking for ways to push their design, in 2007, David and Heidi decided to move to Boston where David accepted a position as packaging designer for Trader Joes and Heidi formed Heidi Five Studio, where she continues to design for her passions: fashion, music, the environment and food.
